Demonstration Site

One of our projects in the early planning phases is an urban farming demonstration site located on the campus of the Career Academies of Seminole in Seminole, Florida. Upon completion, students at the school will work to outfit 20' and 40' shipping containers as hydroponic farms using the technology on display in the demonstration facility. These units will go to other schools and community partners where they will be used to grow food for those who need it most in our community.

The demonstration site will be a working farm. Produce grown will be donated to local charities to feed the hungry and fodder grown will feed the animals already at the CAS campus.

This project is on hold now pending upcoming changes to the camus as it transitions to CAS Tech High School. We will continue work as soon as we have a better understanding of the land available for use after their upgrade.

Some of the planned technologies are listed below. If you would like to make your companies technology available for our students, please contact our project lead at and we will be more than happy to work with you.
