Educational Facility Sponsors:

St. Petersburg College, Seminole Campus - Located on 113th Street in Seminole and surrounded by beautiful pine woodlands, the Seminole Campus of St. Petersburg College focuses on using technology to improve teaching and learning and the environment. This campus will become the home to our first shipping container conversion in early 2017. This first container will be design with education in mind; it will be ADA accessible and will demonstrate multiple hydroponic methods within its walls.

Career Academies of Seminole - The Career Academies of Seminole (CAS) campus is a member of the Pinellas County School District and has graciously offered us the space for our first facility. The students of CAS will be using using what we put on display in the demonstration facility to build out 20' and 40' container farms that will be deployed to other schools and community partners throughout the county. Note:The CAS project is currently on hold while they redesign their facility. We will plan on a build there at the conclusion of the SPC project
